Prior to joining ProjectScotland Susan spent over 20 years in the private sector, her most recent role being Head of Sales Operations and Development at Scottish Provident. Rucelle was Head of Finance at the Royal Zoological Society of Scotland (Edinburgh Zoo) and has experience in the private sector at Springfords Chartered Accountants and Valvona & Crolla. Rucelle grew up in Dumfries, was educated at Glasgow University and is a Chartered Accountant. Joining ProjectScotland in 2007 to expand the training and support given to volunteer mentors she now works with all ProjectScotland volunteers cultivating the enterprising business, innovating, strengthening and enriching the ProjectScotland experience for volunteers. Following a varied career which included running her own manufacturing business, working as a consultant textile designer, and designing and developing training and development vocational qualifications, Jane spent the first part of the nineties working as an eBusiness Consultant and Learning and Development Manager in the private sector with Abbey/Santander. She graduated from Business Management in Glasgow and went to work in the private sector doing Recruitment before joining ProjectScotland in 2006. He has been involved in growing several organisations and is comfortable leading and supporting people in challenging, innovative and developmental evironments. He is part of the Enterprising ProjectScotland team and is tasked with developing sustainable initiatives for the organisation. He's a keen photographer and hill walker and lives in Glasgow. A graduate of Edinburgh University, Gordon was the Tourist Manager for the City of Edinburgh before establishing a marketing and graphic design company in Edinburgh. After selling his shareholding, he worked as a marketing consultant, specialising in social enterprise, before joining ProjectScotland.
