Before Placement: Had left school and was unsure of what to do next.

"I've always liked making things and using my hands, and in the two months I've worked on this project, I've learned so much. It's great to be picking up skills every day and it's a fantastic feeling to see someone buy something that I have worked on and know that they want to put it in their home. That makes me feel really proud.

I've also made so many friends here, and I look forward to coming in and getting to work. Working here has inspired me to apply for a college course in construction, and I know now that I want to pursue this as a career."
