Here’s how this works. You need more full-time volunteers. And we’ve got loads of young people who want full-time volunteering placements. You can see where we’re going with this.

By working together with our partner organisations we can give a massive boost to the voluntary & not for profit sector in Scotland.

All we ask is that you offer our young people support and a rewarding placement that they both enjoy and learn from. We’ll consider almost any kind of placement, although typically projects cover the environment, health, education, community youth and social work, sport and the arts.
Placements should be project based, full-time (at least 30 hours a week) and last between three to six months.

This really works. 85% of our partner organisations report an increase in capacity because of our volunteers. And over 92% report an increase in the quality of service they are able to offer.
