Do you have a passion for helping young people who are trying to get on in life? Are you a super communicator, organised, and a team player? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and focused Mentor Manager to work within ProjectScotland. Working with the Head of Mentoring you will support the delivery of an effective mentoring scheme for our ProjectScotland volunteers across all geographical regions in Scotland.
You will have a proven ability to communicate effectively, particularly by telephone and face to face, across varied audiences and stakeholders. You will have strong written communication skills to ensure accurate transfer and recording of information. You must have strong organisational and IT skills, with preferable experience of using a Contact Relationship Management system. You will be required to research and disseminate information to inform good mentoring practice.
